Team Training

Soccer Precision Academy offers the following options for team training:

• Private Team Coaching - Focuses on team play and individual skill development using practice plans and drills implemented at the collegiate and professional levels of soccer.
• Speed & Agility Training - A soccer tailored program focusing on core strength, speed, agility and endurance.

Selecting a Coach:
The Soccer Precision coaching staff is hand picked and consist of a professional staff with player, coach and/ or work experience at the professional, collegiate and youth levels of the game. We understand that the needs and desires of each team is unique and will give each team multiple professional coach options to select a coach that suits their needs best. Contract Options:
Soccer Precision private team coaching contract options are available for 1 season(3 months) or 1 year(12 months) at a minimal of 1 session per week.

2010- 2011 Coach Accomplishments:
The Soccer Precision Staff has coached multiple teams in different clubs to over 4 championships of major tournaments including the Virginian(where over 600 teams compete) and 1st place champions of local travel leagues(ex. NCSL).

Our staff coaches players and teams at the elitle levels including USL Super Y League and ODP as well as local travel levels(NCSL, WAGSL and ODSL). We have experience in advacing teams to top levels of play in the Virginia Metro region.

Soccer Precision's Technical Director, Steven Wagoner, currently coaches and has advanced the U15 SYC Surge Blue team 7 divisions(ODSL Div. 3 to NCSL Div. 3) in 2 years. Their team started with only 6 players when Steven took over and has played so well that they were selected to skip NCSL divisions along the way.

In 2011 the Surge were selected to compete as a team representing the Northern Virginia Royals Summer Super Y League program. The Royals were ranked the number 1 club in North America in 2009 by USL and have a partnership with English Premier League's West Ham United. The Northern Virginia Royals are a partner of Soccer Precision Academy and use their staff to outfit their elite teams with primer coaches. Many of the Soccer Precision Coaches play the Royals Semi Pro PDL team during the summer months.

This is one of many great examples where Soccer Precision has helped a team develop their individual and team skills.
